After trying to stuff with my grinder which essential disintegrates the flesh as it goes back through the worm back I purchased this and couldn't be happier. I questioned one of LEM's customer service representatives before placing my order and she was very helpful. It is excellent for those small lots and even when you're doing more weight is a quick charge or sopressata spicy and sweet the can is easily cleaned and ready to go for the next game.
